SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customer is responsible for accurate shipping addresses

We kindly request customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address as we are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless it is determined to be a carrier error.

For items that are "Returned to Sender" or refused, customers have two options. They can pay for redelivery to a valid address, or the item will be restocked. Once the customer contacts us, they will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card, minus the initial shipping charge.

An order may be "returned to sender" for the following reasons:

  • Invalid or incomplete address information.
  • Inability of the carrier to deliver the package.
  • Customer refusal to accept the delivery.

 

Fulfillment and Shipping

During periods of high order volume or supply chain issues, there may be additional delays of 15-30+ days in our fulfillment and shipping times. We appreciate your patience.

To obtain a shipping quote, follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired product(s) to your shopping cart.
  2. View your shopping cart.
  3. Your total, including shipping and handling charges, will be displayed. Rest assured, your credit card will not be charged until you decide to proceed with the purchase.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen packages.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes cannot be added after the purchase is made. Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout by selecting "Apply" to see the updated order total. Prices cannot be adjusted after the order has been submitted. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase, and coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
